About analytics, plainly
We use Yandex.Metrica, and session replay is on. That means it records not only which pages you opened, but mouse movement, scrolling and clicks on the page. We watch these to see where people get stuck in the reference — and nothing else.
This data goes to Yandex and is processed on its side. That is exactly why analytics sits behind consent: decline and the counter is not loaded at all — not «loaded but silent». There is no counting pixel in a <noscript> tag either: it would work before any consent check and would turn this whole page into decoration.
Apart from Metrica there is nothing: no Google Analytics, no advertising networks, no social buttons that watch you.
Strictly necessary
Without these the site does not work: signing in, protecting forms against forgery, and remembering your choice on this very panel. They need no consent and cannot be switched off.

Functional
Remember your choices between visits: the site language, the currency of prices and where you stopped on a long page. Decline and the site works just the same, but you will choose again each time.

How to refuse or change your mind
- On this site — the «Cookies» link in the footer of any page, or the button above. Your choice is remembered for 180 days.
- In the browser — you can block or delete cookies in its settings. Strictly necessary ones will go too, so signing in will stop working.
- Without answering — the site works. Until you allow anything, only the strictly necessary files exist.
