Is the key tied to the phone?
No, to the account. Change the phone, sign in with the same email, and access is there.
What if I already have paid days left?
They are not lost: the new term is added to what you have.
Will my adapter work?
Any ELM327: Bluetooth, BLE, Wi-Fi or cable. The app has an adapter check that tells you whether it can handle a service interval reset.
