Where to start
There is no signal from the sensor after the catalyst. As with the front one, start with the wire and the connector: under the floor they suffer more often than the sensor itself.
A code is not a diagnosis. It says which check failed, not which part to replace. Clearing it without repair only means the car will report it again in a few trips.
