Throttle body — sticking, position mismatch
Where to start
The throttle plate will not reach the commanded position — almost always because of carbon. The unit is removed and washed, and re-learning afterwards is mandatory, otherwise the idle will hunt worse than before.
A code is not a diagnosis. It says which check failed, not which part to replace. Clearing it without repair only means the car will report it again in a few trips.
