Where to start
The mixture is too rich on the other bank of a V engine. The causes are the same as for P0172: a leaking injector, excessive fuel pressure, a lying air meter. If both banks are rich at once, look for a common cause rather than one bank's injectors.
What to watch in live data
A code is not a diagnosis. It says which check failed, not which part to replace. Clearing it without repair only means the car will report it again in a few trips.
