EGR position sensor — low signal
Where to start
A low signal from the EGR position sensor. Check the connector and the wire: the sensor is built into the valve, and replacing the whole assembly because of a contact is a waste.
A code is not a diagnosis. It says which check failed, not which part to replace. Clearing it without repair only means the car will report it again in a few trips.
