Secondary air injection system — malfunction
Where to start
The secondary air injection system is not behaving as expected. It only runs on a cold start and for a minute or two, so the fault is not noticed at once. Start with the pump fuse and relay, and suspect the pump itself last.
A code is not a diagnosis. It says which check failed, not which part to replace. Clearing it without repair only means the car will report it again in a few trips.
