Internal control module memory error
Where to start
An internal memory error in the unit. The same conversation as P0600. If it came alone and right after a jump start or a battery change, clear it and see whether it returns: often it does not.
A code is not a diagnosis. It says which check failed, not which part to replace. Clearing it without repair only means the car will report it again in a few trips.
