Evaporative emission system purge flow fault
Where to start
The purge flow is not as intended. Look at the purge valve: stuck open it gives a hard start after refuelling and hunting idle; stuck closed, a petrol smell near the tank.
A code is not a diagnosis. It says which check failed, not which part to replace. Clearing it without repair only means the car will report it again in a few trips.
