Canister vent valve — control malfunction
Where to start
The vent valve control is not working. Contacts and relay first, then the valve itself: it sticks closed with dirt, and then pressure builds in the tank.
A code is not a diagnosis. It says which check failed, not which part to replace. Clearing it without repair only means the car will report it again in a few trips.
