Sixty codes under one heading split into four sections

The «fuel and air» section held 62 codes: oxygen sensors, throttle, accelerator pedal and mixture — four different conversations in one list. Each now has a section of its own.

Somebody searching for «oxygen sensor codes» arrived in the section and scrolled through sixty numbers, half of which were about the throttle. Formally correct: by the standard it is one group. In practice — useless.

What has appeared

Intake measuring sensors — 17 codes. Air flow, manifold pressure, air and coolant temperatures, fuel rail pressure. What the unit leans on when calculating the mixture.

Oxygen sensors — 19 codes. Before and after the catalyst, heaters, a stuck signal.

Throttle and accelerator pedal — 15 codes. The flap, its actuator and both pedal sensors.

Mixture: lean and rich — 11 codes. The famous P0171 and P0172 and the P21xx codes that refine them: at which operating mode and on which bank.

The old address stayed alive

We did not delete /codes/system/toplivo-i-vozduh/: it has been in the sitemap and in search since the start of September. The section did not disappear — it narrowed to the measuring sensors, which is what its text described anyway. A new address in place of the old one would have cost a 404 on a page search already knows.

The numbers

There are now 14 sections instead of 11. The reference holds 298 codes, none outside a section and none in two at once. The code ranges cover the group completely, with no gaps: a gap would mean a code belonging nowhere, and the check goes red on that.

Next in line is the «emission controls» group: 41 codes, where the catalyst, exhaust gas recirculation, fuel vapour, fuel level and the particulate filter all live together.
