Fuel rail pressure too high
Where to start
Fuel rail pressure is ABOVE target. On a diesel that is more dangerous than low pressure: usually the pressure regulator or a stuck valve is at fault, and it is better not to load the engine until it is sorted.
What to watch in live data
A code is not a diagnosis. It says which check failed, not which part to replace. Clearing it without repair only means the car will report it again in a few trips.
